The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run a community directory, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything nefarious.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your name and email address. If you vote or comment, we store those votes and comments against your account. Logged-out visitors who vote get an anonymous session so the vote can be counted — no personal details attached. If you join the newsletter, we store your email address.

What we use it for

Running the site: signing you in, showing your comments, counting votes, sending password resets, and sending the newsletter.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie so you stay signed in (or so your anonymous vote sticks). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where it lives

The site runs on Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can delete your own comments at any time, and every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. If you want your account or any other data deleted, email contact@aisales.tools and we'll take care of it.
